Toei wanted a really perfect cable hanger for their superfine custom bikes. So many of the nicest centerpull and cantilever brakes have really funky cable hangers. And even the nicest of them aren't really self adjusting. These are meant to fix that. Due to the small quantities other issues the price is high, but if you've got a really super nice bike, these belong on it.
